A client — a consultancy in Mumbai — needed their site to answer visitor questions from a PDF rate card, automatically, without routing people to email. We tested the available AI chatbot tools. Everything either hallucinated answers from outside the document, required weeks to configure, or cost more than the client's entire hosting budget.
So we built one ourselves. Knowledge-isolated from day one — the chatbot answers only from what you upload, nothing else. The first version went live in a weekend. Other clients started asking for it.

When a visitor asks something, Minyut runs a vector similarity search, retrieves the most relevant passages from your documents, and composes an answer. If the answer isn't in your docs, the widget says so.
