Concepts.
Minyut is built around a few simple objects: chatbots, documents, chunks, embed tokens, and query logs.
Chatbot
A chatbot is the public assistant your visitors interact with. It owns the widget appearance, response tone, embed token, uploaded documents, and analytics.
Documents
Documents are the files you upload to teach the chatbot. Use focused files such as FAQs, policies, product guides, onboarding docs, or support articles.
Chunks
Minyut splits documents into smaller chunks during processing. At answer time, the chatbot searches those chunks for the most relevant context before writing a response.
Embed token
The embed token identifies which chatbot a script tag should load. Keep it out of source control when possible, and regenerate it from the dashboard if it is exposed in the wrong place.
Query logs
Query logs power analytics. They help you see what visitors ask, whether answers were found, and which questions need better documentation or manual Q&A snippets.
Plan limits
Plans control monthly query limits, chatbot count, document count, and branding. See Rate limits for the current usage table.
