Install Minyut once in your Shopify theme and it can answer product, shipping, and policy questions across the storefront.

Copy your widget script

In Minyut, open the chatbot, go to the Embed tab, and copy the script tag. Keep the same token for every storefront page that should load this chatbot.

Edit theme code

1. In Shopify Admin, go to Online Store, then Themes.
2. Open the current theme menu and choose Edit code.
3. Open layout/theme.liquid.
4. Paste the Minyut script before </body> and save.

Theme app embeds and custom pixels

Use theme code for the most predictable install. Custom pixels and checkout scripts can be restricted by Shopify, so they are not the best place for a storefront chat widget.

Test before publishing

If you are editing a draft theme, preview the theme and ask a question from one of your uploaded docs. Publish only after the widget appears and answers correctly.

• Warranty and care instructions

Troubleshooting

• If the widget appears in preview but not production, publish the edited theme.
• If it overlaps a rewards or support app, change the widget position to bottom-left.
• If answers are incomplete, upload the exact policy or product guide visitors are asking about.
